At Drseizack, we provide transparent and reliable shipping options within Austria, across the European Union (EU), and internationally. Because our packaging products are completely customized, your order timeline consists of Design Approval, Production, and Final Delivery.
1. Order Cut-Off and Handling Time
- Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (CST) - Monday to Sunday.
- Digital Proofing: 1–3 business days. Production starts only after you provide written approval of your custom box blueprint.
- Production & Handling Time: Once the design is approved, production takes 7–14 business days depending on the order volume and structural complexity of your boxes.

- Austria (Domestic Shipping): 2–4 business days.
- European Union (EU Zone): 3–7 business days.
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days (subject to local customs clearance handling).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the final batch weight, dimensions, and destination country.

- Any applicable customs duties, import clearance fees, or regional taxes for international shipments outside the European Union are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
4. Tracking & Missing Shipments
A tracking number and direct courier link (e.g., Österreichische Post, DHL, DPD) will be automatically sent to your registered email once your custom boxes are dispatched. If your tracking status does not update within 5 business days, please contact our support desk immediately.
