2. Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property Rights
When you upload logos, brand layouts, digital vectors, or text blueprints to be printed on custom packaging boxes:

- You guarantee that you own the exclusive intellectual property rights, trademarks, or possess certified official authorization to utilize those media files.
- Drseizack assumes no legal or financial liability for trademark, layout, or copyright violations embedded in client-submitted artwork.
- We reserve the structural right to refuse processing orders containing text or graphics that violate third-party rights or local public decency regulations.
3. Order Customization, Digital Proofs, & Approvals
- Digital Proofing: Prior to physical bulk manufacturing, a digital printing proof or structural design layout will be dispatched to the consumer via email.
- Production Sign-Off: Once you provide absolute written or digital confirmation approving the design blueprint, manufacturing begins instantly. No structural, dimensions, or text adjustments can be processed post-approval.
4. Accuracy of Billing & Google Merchant Verification
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bulk custom packaging order you place with us. To prevent misrepresentation flags under Google Merchant Center guidelines, you agree to provide current, complete, and highly precise purchase, billing, tracking, and contact details for all checkout terminal activities processed on our Shopify storefront.
