At Drseizack, we take immense pride in the engineering, structural integrity, and printing quality of our custom packaging boxes. We guarantee that all products delivered to our clients are manufactured according to the approved digital proofs and industry-standard technical specifications.
1. Legal Warranty (Gewährleistung) under Austrian Law
In accordance with Austrian and European Union consumer protection laws, Drseizack provides a legal warranty covering structural defects, material failures, and manufacturing errors present at the time of delivery.
  • Since our products are completely custom-made and personalized according to your structural blueprints and artwork, this warranty strictly applies to manufacturing flaws and does not cover changes of mind, typographical errors approved by the client during proofing, or natural wear and tear.
2. What is Covered Under This Warranty?
This warranty covers internal production discrepancies that deviate from the signed-off digital mockup, including:
  • Severe structural or glue failures making the box unusable.
  • Incorrect box dimensions that do not match the custom specifications ordered.
  • Significant color deviations or printing misalignments that completely distort the approved design.
3. What is Not Covered?
  • Damage caused by improper storage conditions after delivery (e.g., exposure to high humidity, moisture, or direct sunlight causing cardboard wrapping).
  • Courier-inflicted transit damages (these must be reported under our Shipping Policy within 14 days for shipping insurance claims).
  • Low-resolution or pixelated printing results caused by low-quality client-submitted logos/files.
4. How to File a Warranty Claim
If you detect a structural or printing defect in your custom batch, please initiate a claim before utilizing or distributing the boxes:
  • Time Limit: Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
  • Process: Send an email to support@drseizack.com with your order number, a clear description of the fault, and high-definition photographs/videos displaying the defect.
  • Resolution: Upon verification of a manufacturing fault from our side, Drseizack will arrange a priority replacement batch reproduction or issue a partial/full refund depending on the scope of the affected order.
